Shipping Policy

How it Works

•We ship all of our tamales via 3 day UPS service. We process orders daily but orders ship Monday through Wednesday. Shipping stops at 1 pm central on Wednesday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped out the following Monday. FedEx 2day is available for Thursday and Friday, please contact store with deciding orders if need be. This is to ensure freshness and hopes of no delays receiving orders promptly.
•All tamales are shipped via UPS 3 days service.
•We do not accept any return, cancel or exchange due to perishable nature of the product. Please contact us for any question. Thank you.

Pork Tamales 2 dozen

Please allow 3-5 days for your tamales to ship out. They are a time consuming product, but we promise to get them out to you as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE that to ensure highest quality and food safety, we will only ship this item on Mondays or Tuesdays to ensure that it will not get stuck somewhere in transit over a weekend and affect the temperature and quality of the food. This may delay shipment depending on the day of the week you place your order - we will be in touch if that is the case. We do also use ice packs and insulated padding to help keep your products cool through transit and delivery.
